We want you to love your Dark Suga order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products or worn jewellery. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your case.
